Alle loro spalle si piazzava il sempre regolare Monfort che anche ieri in salita dimostrava di avere un possibile futuro nelle gare a tappe grazie alla sua poliedricità, dal formaggino belga arrivavano ben 26 x1,5 punti nelle tasche del magnate del mattone al Ciauscolo Peige. La conferma di Monfort si è dimostrata una mossa sicuramente azzeccata.
Al 34° posto arrivava un sorprendente Burghardt che, dopo aver preso distacchi nella crono e nelle prime salite, migliorava di giorno in giorno fino a chiudere in una onorevolissima posizione ( specie per lui che è un corridore da classiche). I punti portati in dote al Grande Verbrugge erano 12 x1,5.Tutto sommato un ottimo risultato per i nostri giovani: alla prima gara Pro Tour ben 4 frugoletti hanno saputo incidere in modo positivo.

Prossime Gare ovvero lo strano caso del Dottor Oliphant e del suo Doppelganger
Per il prossimo fine settimana il vostro patriarca prediletto ha pronto un interessante bouquet di gare: si va dalla Milano-Sanremo alla Ronde van Het Groene, dalla Cholet - Pays De Loire alla Nokere Corse. Ci sono gare per tutti i gusti e per tutte le gambe, vedremo se i ragazzi sapranno farsi valere.
Segnalo intanto ai giovani lanisti che Evan " Raistlin" Oliphant si è reso ancora una volta colpevole di uno spregevole abuso di stregoneria utilizzando il famoso trucco del Doppelganger per iscriversi a due gare il medesimo giorno.
