is not easy to imagine tomorrow's agriculture in a world that moves with the pace we are seeing, where everything is increasingly "global" and thus depersonalized .. There is talk of buying a km.0 of typical local products ... but what all this really comes to our tables? Diffuse reflections, of course, perhaps most common among those who have had the opportunity to enjoy the country living with grandparents, parents, in times gone by .. and that already seem a distant memory!
Well, wandering here and there, I realized that there are those who continue to produce works for "our", which seeks to identify methods and techniques more effective, but always with an eye for those who must eat, drink, choose products of these lands ..
This time it comes to wine, we are in the hills of Romagna, but looking at the internet I'm sure no shortage of examples for each variety and context ..
