CALL SUBJECT: Accommodations ACER Via delle Sirene 13.
Romeo Savini, the undersigned, in his capacity as City Councilman
Abstract:
- that the grant of ACER Via delle Sirene 13, have repeatedly pointed to the same affiliation operator presence in the area adjacent to the property where live in shacks covered with sheets of asbestos cement chipped and deteriorated;
- that the day October 31, 2008, according to a report of a condominium meeting, the engineers in charge dall'ACER have carried out an inspection, during which they found the merits of reporting, and pledged to take action to remove the material which is highly carcinogenic;
- that nothing has been done so far, except assistance from the Fire Department to extinguish the fire of one of the neighboring shacks used as a night shelter from non-EU nationals;
- that the municipality, in As the owner of housing, has the power to challenge the failures of the maple and, more generally, the carelessness in the management of the apartments, whose tenants complain, moreover, the lack of security due to lack of adequate fencing and railings, the danger scales, flooding basements and more.

to know whether it is aware of the situation hazard to the health of tenants and, more generally, of the inhabitants of Via delle Sirene 13, due to the presence of those slabs of crumbling asbestos in adjacent barracks, and in any event, if it considers that it must promptly give instructions to remove reported the dangerous state and ACER order to take care of the needs of recipients in order to remove the other causes of discomfort shown by them.
Given the importance and urgency of the matter is appreciated a written reply in the near future.
